The Drawing League of Santa Cruz and Monterey counties is a group of sketchers who are serious about having fun learning how to draw. Produced by the Scribbles Institute, the purpose of the Drawing League is based on three primary goals:
- To help improve each student's drawing skills
- To promote the importance of drawing in schools
- To provide an online community for sharing ideas about drawing
The Drawing League features the work of students from local schools and community organizations drawing in programs organized by the Scribbles Institute. We highlight local, regional, and statewide drawing and visual art events that may be of interest to our students. We also feature the latest drawing news, videos, podcasts, and books that our community of sketchers finds useful and entertaining.
